SUPPORTING YOUR MISSION

From cutting-edge aircraft wiring integrity analysis, major component reverse engineering, and supply chain management initiatives to leadership in implementing High Velocity Maintenance (HVM) predictive analysis, AACL has demonstrated an exceptional breadth of proven expertise and capability.
Our personnel have in-depth knowledge and many years of experience with a wide range of military aircraft including but not limited to C-5, C-130, F-15, B-1, KC-135, HH-60, UH-1N, and TH-1H weapon systems.
Our services focus primarily on technical and engineering support. However, AACL is not a pure engineering company. Instead, our services are complementary to existing Government and other engineering contractors' capabilities. Our expertise lies in our in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience maintaining military weapon systems. We specialize in avionics and electrical systems and structural challenges such as corrosion and fatigue damage. We provide the detail-oriented expertise and support to our engineering and maintenance customers, thereby allowing them to maximize their efficiency.
Our knowledge and expertise on maintenance procedures and flight line operations, both in the field and at the depots, puts us in a unique position to focus our services on the practical implementation of technical and operational solutions. We recognize that even the best of engineering solutions must be tailored to fit the specific operational environment and must, above all, be sustainable by the people performing the day-to-day tasks. . These solutions range from developing and implementing automated wiring analysis test program sets (TPS) for avionics and electrical systems to implementing process improvement recommendations.
AACL is a small business and is dedicated to serving its customers with above and beyond service. We provide our customers with innovative thinking, technical excellence, passionate people and understanding of our customers' problems.

AACL has a broad range of capabilities but has particular expertise in the following areas:
Engineering Support - Our technical engineering support services provide a wide range of support to the Engineering authorities of various aircraft. The range of our support includes program management, supply supportability, configuration management, Programmed Depot Maintenance, in-depth systems analysis, engineering deposition, and RCM analysis. We focus on providing complete and accurate reports on systemic issues and realistic and sustainable recommendations. Our support services allow the systems engineers to focus on higher-level, more critical engineering tasks while we focus on investigating and solving long term reliability problems with systems or components.
Wiring Integrity Analysis - AACL has successfully develop and implement automated wiring analysis programs for avionics and electrical systems on critical weapons systems. The benefit of automated wiring analysis is being able to test and troubleshoot a complete electronic system in a matter of a few minutes, rather than hours or days. The analysis is completed more quickly and more accurately than manually. A large amount of electrical and avionics problems are a result of a degradation of wiring integrity, especially on aging airframes. These solutions can dramatically increase the ease of identifying wiring integrity issues on an aircraft, and thereby has the potential to increase the reliability of the electrical systems.
Pre-Input Inspections - AACL has developed the capability to perform non-invasive inspections on aircraft to reveal structural discrepancies, corrosion, and other hidden defects prior to execution of depot maintenance. As a deliverable of our inspections, we provide photographic and video evidence of all findings. This approach avoids de-paneling an aircraft and can be completed without impacts to aircraft schedules. When combined with Predictive Analysis, these inspections give a comprehensive picture of an aircraft's true condition months before depot maintenance is scheduled to be performed. This allows the ability of the maintenance organizations to preplan repairs and pre-position long lead time parts, saving time, expense, and flow days which provides a huge return on investment for our customers.
Logistics & Supportability Services - AACL provides a wide range of supply and logistics services supporting multiple weapon systems for various government entities, as well as commercial agencies in support of the DoD. From supportability analysis, obsolescence research, and trend analysis to requirements validation and manufacturing solutions, our services cover the spectrum of initiatives focused on providing accurate and sustainable solutions for today's ever increasing parts problems. By working closely with our customers, we capture firsthand the real supply issues that impact maintenance activities and help transition problems into proven results.
